Choose new and innovative topics for research

A National Workshop on Research Methodology was organised by AGISS Research Institute in collaboration with MVN University, Palwal & IIMT College of Law, Greater Noida on 24th July 2022, Sunday. The Guest Speaker for the workshop were Prof. (Dr.) Afzal Wani, Professor of School of Law & Legal Studies, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University & Adv. Praveen Swarup, Advocate on Record, Supreme Court of India. The session was moderated by Dr. Annu Bahl Mehra, Vice Chairperson of Executive Council of AGISS Research Institute.

During the session, Prof. (Dr.) Afzal Wani discussed about the concepts of research methodologies and provided with suggestions and points to be kept in mind during research along with different suggestions for improving it & wished all the best to all the participants for their future endeavour. Advocate Praveen Swarup discussed about the legal research and the procedure of the court room. Advocate Praveen enlightened the attendees with the help of case laws as to how the research can also be useful during the court proceedings.

The concluding note was given by Dr. Tanushree from IIMT College of Law & Mr. Anil Punj from MVN University and the session ended with the vote of thanks was given by Adv. Suvesh Kumar, Founder & Trustee of AGISS Research Institute.

This workshop was attended by Dr. Munish Kumar, Dr. Monica Rastogi, Mr. Vipin Bharti & Dr. Tanushree from IIMT College of Law & Vice Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) J.V. Desai Sir, Prof. (Dr.) Rajeev Ratan- Registrar of MVN University, Prof (Dr.) Sachin Gupta, Dr. Rahul Varshney Sir & Mr. Anil Punj from MVN University along with a more than hundreds of students from across India.

This workshop was organised by the team of AGISS Research Institute including Adv. Suvesh Kumar, Adv. Sahil Chaudhary, Dr. Annu Bahl Mehra, Mr. Jagdish Khobragade, Adv. Devesh Maurya, Mr. Harshit Kiran & Ms. Srishty Jaiswal.
This workshop concluded with a promise from the side of AGISS Research Institute that they will keep organising such more events in future for the welfare of the fraternity, academia, students & the society
